DESCRIPTION: Excellent video here from the 2nd
leg of a full U.S. Chrome tour in spring 2018! This was a sold out show
in Brooklyn's "Saint Vitus" club. I was told by the band the next night
in Philadelphia that this was a fantastic show and the best show of the
tour up to that point, and you can tell in the video! The band really
seems into it and Helios takes command and is on-point as the
psychedelic spaceman we know him as. The video is fantastically shot,
and it looks like the filmer had a great spot toward the back-center of
the club. We get some great full-stage shots and some excellent
close-ups, and the filmer seems to know when to zoom in on Helios as
he's ripping some tripped-out lead guitar work! Lots of energy at this
show. The various colors of the stage lighting sort of add a cool
effect to this show and the ample lighting really helps as you can
clearly see all the musicians on stage nicely. Many times a live video
is marred by it being way too dark to see anything, but this show is
the total opposite and quite a treat to have such a good shot of a very
successful show from this tour!
