DESCRIPTION:
This is the kind of stuff that's
awesome to see fans put together. Done with two hand-held camcorders
(but with steady hands), so you get a really cool fan-made video of the
full show here. The people who put this together uploaded it to
youtube, and luckily also offered the full 9 gig hi-res mp4 file via
torrent to all of us who want things in the best quality possible and
not to be stuck with YT compression/viewing experiences! Luckily,
permission was granted to host the FULL hi-res 9 gig mp4 video file
here! So be sure to download that below. Below are also the original
notes that they included with the upload for all the details.
Helios Creed-guitar-vocals Tommy Grenas [L Cyborg] keys-synths-vocals Aleph Omega [Aleph Kali] drums Lou Minatti-rhythmn guitar Steve Fishman- bass
Filmed By: Solar Wind (Atlanta)
Lineage: Video: Two handheld Canon
camcorders to SDHC 10 class >1080 MP4. MP4s imported into Sony Movie
Studio Platinum 13 to edit and sync to Audio. Church Audio CA-14
cardioids clipped to glasses into a Roland R-05 at 24 bit wave - 48k.
Audio was mastered in Sound Forge to remove inaudible frequencies below
20hz, compressed track at 1.5 to 1 starting at -24 db, slight EQ to
boost low end around 40-80hz by 1 db and boost upper mids 1 db and 1 db
boost @ 12k. Channels balanced by boosting the left by .85 db.
Notes: A good crowd on hand to see Helios
and his band crank out the Chrome back catalog plus they played a
relative new song. Some great moments captured in this video, from the
left side of the stage and from the crowd to the right which later
moved toward the center. The stage lights were really low but you can
see everyone on stage, including the synth player crammed in the back
corner.
I grabbed the setlist off the stage
when the band left before the encore [scan included] and the guy on my
right, Jeff Clark said, 'How are they going to know the encore?',
joking. I decided to place it on the monitor directly in front of me
and immediately the person to my left snatched it away, to which I
said...Hey! Fortunately their sense of fair play kicked in and I got it
back. Good thing because I only recognized a few of these pieces.
Please share freely, but never
sell. Support the band by attending their shows when you can and buying
their official merchandise.
Crank this up on a good stereo and throw it up on the big screen to recreate the concert experience.
